Guy D'Alessandro:
Guy, a Flanders resident, paints local landscapes and wildlife in oil. Color and light play an important role in all of his paintings. He tries to show nature as he sees it or pictures it in the wild. His subjects range from birds to bears. Guy's greatest inspiration and motivation comes from spending time outdoors. He tries to convey the beauty he sees and admires through his paintings. Believing in the importance preserving wild spaces for future generations, Guy frequently donates part of the proceeds from his paintings to " The Defenders of Wildlife " as well as several other preservation organizations.
